What’s different about my approach

We will do more than talk.

Using Hakomi, a somatic, experiential, mindfulness-based method of assisted self-discovery, we will explore the unconscious beliefs and strategies shaping your experience.

When you notice your throat close as you imagine having a difficult conversation, or how your breathing changes when setting a boundary, you're accessing your body’s wisdom. Your moment-to-moment experience becomes a doorway to learn about the unconscious maps - beliefs and strategies formed early in life - that still shape how you see yourself, others, and the world, and how you act and respond.

Rather than pushing for change, we create conditions where greater freedom will emerge naturally - to choose new options, be more yourself, and connect more deeply.

This isn't about fixing something that’s broken; it's about remembering your innate wholeness and supporting what wants to unfold.
